I’m LaShundra Rucker—entrepreneur, project manager, consultant, certified motorcycle safety coach, and strategist. Like many, my path has been shaped by lived experience, problem-solving, and the belief that knowledge should be shared, not stored. Experience means little if it doesn’t influence how we show up, lead, and lift others along the way.
People often tell you how to work hard, but rarely how to navigate setbacks, build confidence, or grow through unexpected turns. My journey reflects all of it—reinvention, resilience, and learning in public. If you find value in the lessons along the way, then this space has served its purpose.
Over the past 20+ years, my work has centered on growth—personal, professional, and interpersonal. With each stage, I’ve leaned into education, leadership, and continuous development. Not to be perfect, but to be prepared. Not simply to elevate myself, but to contribute to others’ growth with clarity and integrity.
Every opportunity—whether in coaching, consulting, or entrepreneurship—has shaped the way I lead and think. Growth is not accidental. Neither is excellence.
Never stop growing. Never stop learning. Never stop sharing.
The TankPurse® was created from a simple problem: riders needed a way to carry essentials without sacrificing safety, comfort, or style. Traditional tank bags were bulky, masculine, or impractical, and pockets alone were never enough.
I designed the TankPurse® as a functional, magnet-secured accessory that gives riders quick access to what they need while maintaining freedom of movement. After years of development and multiple iterations with manufacturers, the design was refined, tested, and ultimately awarded a patent.
The TankPurse® remains one of the brand’s signature innovations — balancing practicality with feminine design, and offering women riders an option built specifically for their needs.
