Rooted in doctoral research, professional experience, and the study of business excellence theory, BEDT™ integrates strategic cost management, behavioral analysis, non-conformance modeling, and service operations insight to examine how organizations detect, interpret, and respond to performance signals.
The framework is being developed as a structured approach to understanding operational maturity, decision friction, and execution blind spots across service-based organizations. BEDT™ remains in active refinement as a proprietary research and professional framework, with future applications anticipated in research, training, and organizational readiness evaluation as the work matures.

SpeedProof™ is a developing behavioral safety concept designed to help riders and drivers improve habits, rebuild confidence, and document progress over time. The concept supports closed-environment training and focuses on decision awareness, emotional readiness, and reflective practice. SpeedProof™ is currently in early-stage refinement and available only as part of instructor-supported programming through NC MotoLab™.
